“Urban Wings Club” will be held at an upcoming event for the STEM aviation industry which memorializes the pioneer of the sky, Bessie Coleman, whom the club is dedicated to. The event will take place on Saturday, February 26, with registration starting at 10 am at the Spirit of Praise Church, located at 5601 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland. Participants will learn about the aviation industry and careers in STEM fields. The event is free and open to students in grades 6-12. To register, email [email protected].
